During our annual conference, the Ed-Fi Alliance proudly announced the recipients of the 2024 Community Awards. Now in its eighth year, this recognition honors leaders who have made exceptional contributions to advancing data in education.
As part of this year’s awards, each recipient will receive a $5,000 charitable donation to a U.S. public charity of their choice.
The 2024 award categories and recipients are as follows:
- Ambassador of the Year: John Keller, Indiana Department of Education
- Rookie of the Year: Jay Lindler, South Carolina District Data Governance Group
- Innovation of the Year: ACT
- Community Service Award: ESC 4 and the Texas Education Exchange Team
We extend our sincere congratulations to all awardees and thank them for their continued dedication to improving education through data-driven solutions.
In addition to the community awards, we introduced a new Premier Partner program. These partners have been instrumental in developing and scaling tools that improve data quality, security, and interoperability in K-12 systems nationwide.
